How long will it take for my order to ship?
As of 3/13/26, we are a bit behind so most orders will be around 3-4 weeks. You can always call or email to check in on the order, and if you need it by a certain date, let us know and we'll see what we can do!
Smaller items will be shipped through USPS, and larger prints go through UPS.
When will my card be charged?
Our credit card system will charge your card as soon as you place the order. Since we're a small business and make all of the prints in-shop, this allows us to finish up the order as soon as possible.
What does the frame look like?
The frame was designed by Billy specially for our shop. It's solid wood, made from poplar, and is 2". It's painted black with a slight satin finish, and black is the only color we offer.
What will the print look like?
Our larger prints are printed on museum-quality canvas, and the smaller prints are printed on heavy-weight paper with a satin finish. All are glued onto a masonite backing board and pinned into the frame. It does not come with matting or glass.
Do the sizes listed include the frame?
No, the sizes listed are for the actual print itself. The frame adds around 2" on each side.
Can I order just a print without the frame?
Yes! You are able to order just the print, or the print glued on the backing board. Just give us a call at 234-221-2261 and we'll be happy to take your order!
Do you make all of the products at the Gallery?
We make all of the framed prints here in the Gallery, which includes printing them and putting them in the frames. Other products, such as blankets, cups and plates, coasters, etc are made by outside companies.
Can I order stretched canvases?
Unfortunately, at the moment, we are unable to provide the stretched canvases. You might be able to find some through our publisher, Penny Lane Fine Art, or through independent sellers on eBay or etsy.
